I have been on anti-depressants/anxiety for Panic Disorder since Freshman year. I take Ativan when I get a real bad attack and I like it a lot because it's not habit forming and for a few hours you just feel nothing so you should also look into that. I know how hard it is to be dealing with this and not knowing how to feel better or who you can talk to without them thinking you're crazy.
